AU Optronics Trenčín is a large manufacturing complex in the city of Trenčín in the Slovak Republic, where our company has been long active. It is a complex of factory buildings, warehouses, administration and logistic buildings of a modern factory. The company manufactures components in the field of audio and video appliences. This precise and delicate modern production naturally puts high demands on the operating and production conditions such as the air quality. Other important parameters for the quality are also nice and at the same time productive and friendly work environment.
Description of the project solution
- Network programming of the fan coil units' controllers and management solution of the operational links
- Communication and data network integration and the management of frequency drivers according to the LEED standards for the energy management
- Data integration of the installed communication equipment, wiring of the low-voltage substations
- Evaluation and optimization of electric power consumption for the energy load of buildings according to the LEED standards
- Programming and commissioning of the automation stations for the control management of HVAC, heating and cooling
- Communication and data integration of all operational and workload values from the cooling systems of the compressors and heat pumps
- Data integration of operational values of the wastewater treatment plant
- Remote monitoring and evaluation of the energy consumption meters through communication networks (electrometers, heat and cold metering data)
- Network build up, function and optimization settings to achieve the required properties in terms of scope and volume of transmitted data

- Establishment of the central dispatching center with a graphic design interface SCADA
- The interface provides a distant monitoring via the web remote access
