The main business focus of BUILDSYS, Inc. is to centralize its activities on complex and comprehensive project solutiosn for the "Building Management Systems" (Building Automation Management) and the "Energy saving solutions" (Energy Management Program).

We are a specialized company for complex and comprehensive services and the delivery of the energy efficiency systems: Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Saia, Sauter, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Wago.

Mainly through our own team of experts all the partial activities on our comprehensive project solutions are provided by different company's departments:

• Department of project's preparatory works - technical consulting, project solution proposals, reports, energy audits
• Sales & business department - price quotations and offers, project's alternative proposals and draughts
• Department of project design and planning - complete project design works including the coordination with related technologies
• Project management department (project managers) - quality project management, comprehensive project management including the coordination with related professions, technical support and supervision for customers
• Technical support and installation works (technicians) - organization and support of technological processes on the project, projects logistics, organization of the assembly and installation works, organization of material supplies and deliveries
• Software (SW) and programming department (programmers) - processing and preparatory works on the custom user software for DDC control substations, several communication levels with other surrounding systems, development of communication levels, system customization to user's individual and specific requirements
• Central dispatching department (programmers) - complete processing of visualization programs, processing of dynamic graphic screens, trends, alarms, time programs and schedules, the integration of third-party systems and other extension upgrades, web and other special customer user's needs
• Service Department - routine maintenance service and support, premium maintanance services in the form of a service contract, prophylactic controls, remote access services and maintenance support, on-line service support
