Production plant for the automotive industry components

The Japanese manufacturing plant KYB is among the largest manufacturers of shock absorbers for automobiles in the world. KYB Manufacturing Czech, Ltd. Pardubice (KMCZ) was established in 2003 as an enterprise for the production of shock absorbers. It is one of the largest manufacturers of car shock absorbers, which currently covers the main demand of the automotive market. The company now has about 600 employees.

KMCZ's major customers include Cologne carmaker TPCA, Toyota in France and in England, the Hungarian branch Suzuki, Nissan in England, Russia and Spain, Renault in Slovenia and France, and Daimler in France. A part of an ongoing business focus is also the production of spare parts for the European, South American, Middle Eastern and Russian markets.

The new building of KMCZ provides a modern working environment, with a pleasant dining facilities and fitted changing rooms. Measurement and regulation on building with an energy efficient savings is ensured by the control station connected to the Building Management System - the BMS dispatching center. Control systems are interconnected through the Ethernet network to communicate with each other and are connected to the dispatching control room.

  • Centralization of technology equipment is ensured by using a central, controlling dispatching center
  • Remote monitoring and evaluation of the energy consumption meters through communication networks (electricity meters, heat and cold metering data)
