The Emblem Hotel is a hotel in the contemporary modern style, offering 59 rooms (including four junior and three luxury suites), a leisure lounge with several social areas, well established restaurant and bar, spa and an unrivaled hotel rooftop terrace, that provides ultimately the most comfortable and relaxing hotel environment in the city center.

The Emblem Hotel is located on Platnéřská street in close proximity to the Municipal Library. The hotel building in its historic nature reflects its own time and very stylish fit into the local Art Deco architecture. As well as stylishly restored exterior of the building, which puts in the fore its architectural style also well and precisely renovated interior design of the hotel here suddenly embraces one with its modern feel.

The hotel is distinguished by its luxury and comfortable use as well as its efficient approach to its environment and the operating costs of the building. There are room controllers that manage the room settings and can easily control all the room functions. The heating and cooling technologies are controlled by an automated system BMS, which allows the correct settings for the economic run of technological peripherals in the building. During the reconstruction of the hotel rooms there was a requirement for saving energy while maintaining the highest hotel standards therefore into the automated measuring and control system has been also integrated the hotel reservation system.

Description of the project solution

• Turnkey delivery, installation and commissioning of a complete building management system technologies
• The automation system has a modular automation stations with input and output modules communicating with the processor through the bus
• For regulation of FCU units are designed IRC controllers connected to a window and the control center - one controller - one room
• The hotel reservation system is connected to BMS system - the heating and cooling management is in every room including the attenuation modes that will vary depending on room occupancy and reservation
• Integrated control management of all technologies in the hotel into BMS including economic operation adjustment with time programs
• Autonomous control management of the kitchen is integrated into the BMS system, including visualizations monitored in the control room
• Central dispatching center with a remote access and connection to the web interface
• Remote monitoring and evaluation of the energy consumption meters through communication networks (electricity meters, heat and cold metering data)
