BEA CAMPUS OLOMOUC

Educational, innovative and administrative center

The BEA campus Olomouc is an educational, innovative and administrative center that offers to students of the Moravian College of Olomouc (MVŠO) its own educational campus, which mutualy links here the areas of business development and education. These new premises are also used for training in the field of informative technology, economics and management. The education center provides a modern library in the Business Information Center and the HUB laboratories. The educational campus offers to companies from all over the wide region a unique environment for mutual cooperation as well as an IT consultancy or project management. Here the firms can also approach the students of the key educational fields. The BEA campus provides good conditions and facilities for the expert services through targeted customer support cooperation and peer networking.

The BEA campus Olomouc is an intelligent, modern building, which is also one of the most economic and sustainable building to ist environment. The building has 18 above-ground floors, 1 basement and 1 floor that is earmarked for technical facilities. The total area of the center is 15 500 square meters and a the height of the building is 74 meters. It ranks among the smartest building in Europe.

Description of the project solution

  • Turnkey delivery, installation and commissioning of a complete building management system technologies
  • Programming and commissioning of the control system for the air conditioning and ventilation units
  • Visualizations and renditions of all newly installed technologies of the building management system. The technologies can be visualized by means of graphically dynamic screens with a local or remote user parameter settings
  • Remote monitoring and evaluation of the energy consumption meters through communication networks (electricity meters, heat and cold metering data)
  • To monitor and control the building management systems (BMS) serves the dispatching center
  • Remote access to the control dispatching center is made possible through the WebServer
  • Network build up, function and optimization settings to achieve the required properties in terms of scope and volume of transmitted data
