VTP UNIS BRNO
The administrative building of the Science & Technology Park
The administrative buildings VTP UNIS are part of the residential and office complex Sochorova in Žabovřesky district in Brno. The new spaces of the Science and
Technology Park, which was built for the UNIS, Inc. company, were financially subsidized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the European Regional
Development Fund. The Science and Technology Park provide now not only office and production spaces with facilities for dining, but several modern
test laboratories designated to perform vibration and climatic tests as well as the EMC testing in accordance with the international standards and norms.
The comprehensive and automated building management system for building's technology control was delivered and commissioned for the
VTP UNIS complex. The building management system control not only the heating and cooling, but also the mutual interconnection of energy and security
building technologies.
Office building of the residential and administration complex
Description of the project solution
- Installation and commissioning of the complete building management system technologies
- Reading and archiving of system technology data, alarm management, data reports, providing a graphical interface - BMS program visualizations
- The separate zone air conditioning is designed for induction units that are managed by the IRC controllers and connected to the window
- Regulation of the supply of hygienically fresh air at a constant temperature and humidity
- Regulation of gas boilers in the form cascades
- Deflation Detection System of hazardous gases and vapors and detection of elevated levels of toxic gases
- Centralization of technology equipment is ensured by using a central, controlling dispatching center
- Remote monitoring and evaluation of the energy consumption meters through communication networks (electricity meters, heat and cold metering data)
BMS section
- Establishment of the central dispatching center with a graphic design interface SCADA
- Interface for the remote access to the control dispatching center through the WebServer
