KAUFLAND LOGISTIC CENTER OLOMOUC

The central supply warehouses, administrative center, shopping center

The major distribution, administrative and logistic center for the Kaufland company is located near Olympia campus on the suburbs of the city of Olomouc. Besides the measurement and regulation management system in these buildings we also control very large telemetering lighting system. The system operates as an integrated unit and this is how it is possible to achieve the maximum energy efficiency of the system. In addition to this logistic park we also manage another 25 Kaufland stores in the Czech and Slovak Republics.

Description of the project solution

  • Data integration of the installed communicative light fixtures (3 500 pieces) and their control management depending on the light intensity and the people's presence; the control management of lighting scenes depending on user's requirements. 
  • Data integration of the installed electrical communication equipment - the low-voltage electrical substations
  • Evaluation and optimization of the electricity consumption for the energy load of buildings
  • Programming and commissioning of the automation stations for the HVAC control
  • Programming and commissioning of the automation stations for the heat source control
  • Communications and data integration of all operational and workload values from the Linde system (the cooling technology) and the data integration of the emergency power supply systems including the oil economy setup.
  • Communications and data integration of all data from the EPS system (detectors, central exchange office).
  • Data Integration of the fire-fighting equipment (sprinklers)
  • Programming and comprehensive access system solution and solutions for the operational system links
  • Remote monitoring and evaluating the consumption from the energy meters (electrometers, heat and cold metering data)
  • Network build up, function and optimization settings of the network.

  • Establishment of the central dispatching center with the server including the buildup of the back up servers with the redundant features, three network clients, and other clients monitored via the web remote access
