HYUNDAI MOTORS EUROPE GERMANY
The Hyundai Headquarters for the European market - Offenbach am Main, Germany
At the heart of the European automotive industry has been recently opened newly expanded building of Hyundai Motor Europe GmbH headquarters, which was first opened in 2006. Its area has been increased by nearly 50%, up from 21 600 square meters to the current 33 800 square meters. Hyundai Motor Germany is now the largest European subsidiary company of Hyundai. The new building accommodates a total of 375 employees.
The all-glass building was designed and built for Hyundai company by Amco Europe. The building is integrated with the system of "cooling ceilings," which are designed to reduce energy consumption in the building. The building's green roof provides natural ventilation all year round. After the foundation stone was laid in April 2012 it took only a little over 16 months for the building of Hyundai Motor Europe GmbH headquarters to be bulit and officially opened.
